I’ve tried to reset my password put the email was changed so i couldn’t receive the email. I have been hacked for 1 week already and i;m trying to do everything i can do but nothing works. I wrongly downloaded & installed a fake anti-virus which turned out to be sort of virus itself. In this program there’s a contact, I sent to them asking for help, they replied to me sending an attachment and asked me to download it. I deleted the message, but felt scared that my email is known to them. Does this situation pose any risk.

well i was going through some downloads yesterday, i came upon a runescape botting program. i go to download it and next thing i know i get a popup the next morning(right now) saying that thats a hacking program but i need to pay for it. is there anyway i can get it off my computer for free? your answer is appreciated.
