Cool email tool

Someone has been harrassing me through emails.I dont know who it is.It may be a possible hacker.I want to file a police report.What can the police do to stop this or find out who is sending them?

i want to file a suit against someone who scammed me …i don’t know where this person lives but i was told by the clerk i would need this person’s address. I know the person’s full name and i know the person has a permanent address. I know alot of people come online, i know cops do, i know detectives do, even lawyers do pls u people have the resources that could get this information for me . The address could even be faxed to the court house when i’m there even if u don’t feel comfortable disclosing the address of a person. pls try and get in touch with me through a personal message or by email or pls provide a way i can get incontact with u . This person scammed and is practically rubbing it in my face , any help will be greately appreciated.
