Cool email tool

I forgot my email address and/or my password for Facebook and I can’t axcess my account. I can’t get the forgotten password right because I odn’t know the things. HOw can I get my email, password, or a new password and still be able to keep the same account?

i want to register in facebook but facebook asks me to give my email address password . is it true? is it safe?

Why is it that my best friends and husband also are not able to see the notifications coming up that….I am not friends with so and so person. The only notifications they get is if I add someone from the people you may know tool and email friend finder. On my home page in facebook, i see notifications like…Mark H is now friends with Jenny. and Lisa is now friends with Swathi.
