Cool email tool

I have Yahoo Mail Plus and am trying to POP it so I can send emails in craigslist and send pictures through Photoshop Elements 6. I pulled up the instructions for Outlook 2003 (which I have) – it says to go to “Tools”"Email Accounts”. There is no “Email Accounts” in my Tools dropdown. Can anyone help a frustrated Baby Boomer?

I went into the tabs on under tools, internet options, programs but my Yahoo account is not one of the choices…Help…Please!!!

I’m trying to configure anEmail Marketing Director program put out by Arial Software that runs on SMTP. I assumed my SMTP was: smtp.mail.yahoo.com. Is this correct? Also What is the port as I have tried 465, 587 & 25 with no luck. Unfortunetly the company will not help with email configuration issues.

I’m trying to combine my Microsoft Outlook accounts at work but it’s not working. I went to tools>account settings>email tab> Add New (and this is where I get lost, I leave the setting on “Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, HTTP, then I put my name, other Outlook email address that I want combined, and password to this account, and then it tries to configure it…it says it is searching: and then it fails and says “an encryted connected to your mail server is not available”…it’s attempt to unencrypt it doesn’t work:( Should I be changing some kind of setting???

Also is there a quick way to add names into the address book besides going to “Go”> “Contacts” or “Tools”>”Address Book. I thought right clicking on a name would work to quickly add them as a contact but that doesn’t:(

i tried going to tools, internet options, programs and selecting email…but the dropdown list only gives me hotmail and outlook express as an option.

For this, in my knowledge, we need to install some third party software (like YPOPs), but I am not sure about it.

Please do not provide old outlook instructions- they don’t work. There is no out of office in tools area anymore

I have the 2000 version of Microsoft Outlook on my computer. I can’t seem to find “Email Accounts” under Tools, but there is “Accounts.” Is that the same thing? Also, I tried to add an email address using the “Accounts” thing, but I can’t find the “Test Account Settings” button. It’s seriously driving me crazy.

The instructions keep telling me to go to the Tools and select Email Accounts. My computer does not show Email accounts

Example – I have email account abc@johndoe.com, and abc@widgets.com, and abc@yahoo.com that are all coming into my Outlook 2003. When I receive an email sent to abc@johndoe.com, I hit reply, and for some weird reason the “From” address will populate with any number of email addresses EXCEPT the correct one. I have set my reply correctly by going to “Tools” “Email Accounts” “View or change”, I choose the account, “change” “more settings” then put the appropriate email in the bottom box labeled “Reply Email”. Can anyone tell me why my addresses are not populating correctly when I hit reply????
