How do I get rid of a hacker using my email.Am so tired of forty to fifty emails a day from this?

He sends messages out to other emails from mine, get alot of returns of failed delivery….Also get emails back address to someone at my email address…..Is also in my documents

My friend’s myspace got hacked. The hacker changed the pswrd and email. My friend needs to hack back in, how?

I know hacking is wrong and against the law. It was something I absolutely never planned on doing, but how else can a person get back into their myspace when all the info has been changed (password and email)?

Iam not saying we want to hack back that person, that would be wrong never the less. Iam saying my friend needs a way to hack back into his own profile.
