The hacker got into my FTP and made my home page a page giving away my digital products(ebooks( to all my customers for free. The hacker made a confession of who paid him and how much from the hacker via email. Do I have a case here? If so, what kind of practice is this called as for what kind of attorney I should hire?

I need a person is is looking for a tax write off. I need a donation any amount of money 100+ to start my personal business. II am an unmarried mom looking for financial independance I have no insurance and have been paying off a huge hospital bill and paycheck to paycheck between payments, bills, my car and My daughter, I dont want to be dependant on a bf or family. My huband knows all my question to change my password on my yahoo mail so he changes it all the time.Then I have to change the password just to get into it but he deleted all my email address and change all my settings. Can he be charged for this?

I can’t remember the password to my hotmail account and i forgot the answer to my security question. And I didn’t sign up with an alternate email address… any ideas on how i can get back into my email account?
