My network password disappears in Outlook email when log back on?

I have Vista Home Premium, Outlook 2002 SP3 on a laptop connected my wireless network. I have to retype my network password each time I log on to Outlook. When I type the password in, I do set to remember password (there are up to 3 places to do this) under tools, options, email options, etc. Then when I exit out of outlook and click back on have have to type password in again. The settings are exactly the same as my desktop of which I have no problem. I’m pulling my hairs out and losing 5 points so please offer me something to help. Thanks

Where can I find bulk mailing lists in a zip. Format?

I don’t want a mailing software, just files of email addresses.
and i definetly dont want
to pay for it
im sure if their sold you can find it for free, and i am talking about email
