  Yes. But you can block that too by adding them to your blocked senders list.

  Not if you also add them to the block senders list in your email program. But they can always get another MSN ID and use another email address to email you with.

  If they continue to bother you after you have told them to leave you alone, you can report them to their ISP.

  Yes they can e-mail you. But you can block them on e-mail…. Simple

  Yes, they can send you an email because you have only blocked them on MSN messenger or Windows Live Messenger and you haven’t blocked them on hotmail.

  write the contact’s complete email address in the blank space
  ‘add’
